My email doesn’t work. What can i do?

If you have a problem with your email service, for example, if you do not receive or send an email, you will want to make sure of the following:

1. If there has been a recent change to Nameservers or DNS Settings in the domain name, it may take up to 48 hours for DNS servers world-wide to be updated and domain services to work properly.

2. Your domain is active and online.

3. That you can log in to your Webmail, which is a direct service through the server without being blocked by a firewall or antivirus. Log in to webmail.yourdomain.com using your entire e-mail as the username and password that you stated when creating the e-mail account.

If you can send and receive emails via webmail, this means that your email service is working properly on the Server-side and you should see what a problem might be in your local network or program settings (email client) that you use to manage your email.
